Our Policy Statement
1. Booking & Payment Policy
- Booking Confirmation: A tour is confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the
total cost is received and a confirmation email is issued.
- Full Payment: Required at least 14 days before arrival or can be
arranged on arrival in special cases by prior agreement.
- Late Bookings: Bookings made less than 21 days before arrival require
full payment upon confirmation.
- Payment Methods: We accept international bank transfers and balance
payment in cash as agreed.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Client Cancellations:
- 30+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus bank charges)
- 15–29 days: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days: No refund
- No Show: No refund (treated as last-minute cancellation)
- Early Check-Out: No refunds for early departures, regardless of reason.
This is considered a client decision and the client agrees to bear any resulting costs
or losses.
- Company Cancellations: If cancelled due to natural disasters,
government restrictions, or safety issues, a full refund or rescheduling option will be
provided.
3. Tour Amendments
- Changes by Client: Allowed up to 14 days before arrival, subject to
availability and admin fees.
- Changes by Company: Minor adjustments may be made due to local
conditions with prior notice.
4. Arrival & Departure Services
We offer airport pickup/drop-off at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) for round tours
or provide shuttle service as agreed. Clients must provide accurate flight details at least
5 days before arrival.
5. Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel and medical insurance. We are not
liable for personal losses or medical costs.
6. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before arrival. Pandemic
protocols will follow current Sri Lankan regulations (e.g., COVID-19).
7. Conduct & Local Laws
Respect for Sri Lankan customs, religious sites, and local laws is mandatory. Offensive
behavior, substance abuse, or illegal activity may result in tour termination without
refund.
8. Liability Waiver
By booking, clients acknowledge travel risks and agree that the company and its partners are
not liable for accidents, delays, natural disasters, or losses.
9. Use of Media
Photos or videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless clients
opt out in writing.
10. Data Privacy
Personal data collected during booking is confidential and used only for tour operations and
compliance with Sri Lankan authorities.
11. Third Party Info Disclosure
If the tour is terminated early by either the client or the company, we are not obligated to
share financial records or receipts with third parties.
12. Weather-Related Activity Policy
We may modify or cancel activities based on weather to ensure guest safety. Refunds are not
issued for weather-related changes beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
